These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of Safe Standard®. Safe Standard® is documentation infrastructure for direct rentals — not a platform, not SaaS, and not legal advice.
1 What Safe Standard® Is
Safe Standard® is documentation — not a platform, service, software certification, or legal advice. It is a professional rental documentation pack designed for direct, off-platform rentals and manual use.
Safe Standard® is not:
- a rental platform or marketplace
- software-as-a-service (SaaS)
- identity verification or e-signature software
- a legal advisory service or law firm
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime right of use. Ownership of all templates and Country Annexes remains with Nordlöf Nordic.
2 Included Web App: PDF Generators (Local-only)
Your purchase includes access to the Safe Standard® Web App which generates structured PDFs locally on your device (no account, no storage by us).
Included PDF generators:
- Rental Agreement PDF generator
- Focus Checklist PDF generator
- Damage Invoice PDF generator
- Custom Terms PDF generator
The Custom Terms PDF generator helps you produce structured rental terms for your asset and rental scenario. Output is generated on-device. You remain responsible for review, compliance, and use.
3 Permitted Use
Intended use:
- personal use, or
- internal business use by the buyer
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, distribute, bundle, or embed the templates or web app outputs in any product or service
The same restrictions apply to PDFs generated via the Web App (including Custom Terms PDFs).
4 Country Coverage & Responsibility
Safe Standard® includes Country Annexes covering 206 jurisdictions.
- The rental country must be stated in writing
- The correct Country Annex must be applied
You are solely responsible for correct selection and compliance.
5 Responsibility & Limitations
Nordlöf Nordic is not a party to any rental agreement, dispute, or claim.
- No negotiation
- No enforcement
- No legal advice
The documentation and the Web App provide structure — responsibility remains with the user.
6 Checkout, Delivery & Refunds
Checkout is handled via Shopify. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Safe Standard® is delivered as instant digital content. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
Web App access is included for purchasers. PDFs are generated locally on your device.
7 Intellectual Property
All templates and annexes are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
8 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
