The Web App is the core workflow. It generates structured rental documents locally on your device. No account. No cloud storage. No data retention by Safe Standard®.

The Web App is intended for verified purchasers of the documentation pack. All output is generated on-device. You remain responsible for review, compliance, and use.

How to use (Web App first)

    Select the correct Country Annex
    Safe Standard® covers 206 jurisdictions. Identify the rental country and apply the matching Country Annex. Do not attach the annex to the contract.

    State the rental country in the Agreement
    The rental country must be written clearly in the Rental Agreement. This anchors jurisdiction and annex logic.
  3. 3
    Generate the Rental Agreement
    Use the Web App to produce a clean Agreement. Include asset details, pricing, use limits, cancellation rules, and jurisdiction.

    Generate Custom Terms (if needed)
    Use the in-app Custom Terms generator to structure: asset-specific conditions, risk allocation, use limitations, pricing logic, and cancellation structure. Output is structured. You remain responsible for final review.

    Complete the Focus Checklist at handover
    This creates the condition baseline. Rule: No notes = no damage. Photos are required only if deviations exist before or after rental.

    Use Damage Invoice only if necessary
    Generate a Damage Invoice only if damage/loss occurred or a financial claim must be documented. It is not automatic. It is conditional.

Templates (PDF + ODT) – backup layer

The included files are backups. Use them if you prefer manual editing, need offline editing in Word/LibreOffice, or want to translate/adjust structure yourself.

You can use AI to help adapt text for your scenario, but you remain responsible for correctness and local compliance. Templates are not required if you use the Web App.

Permitted use

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime right of use.

  • Allowed: personal use
  • Allowed: internal business use by the buyer
  • Not allowed: resale, redistribution, sublicensing
  • Not allowed: bundling/embedding in other products or services
  • Same restrictions apply to generated PDFs (including Custom Terms PDFs)

  • Nordlof Nordic is not a party to your rentals, disputes, or claims
  • You are responsible for correct Country Annex selection and local compliance
